In order to secure your spot in the Overseas Student Program, you must submit a non-refundable $250.00 deposit with your confirmation form within 20 days of the date of your acceptance letter. This fee will be applied to your tuition fees.

Once the deposit and confirmation form are received, you will receive an invoice with your remaining balance via e-mail.

Please Note: Full payment must be made on or before the deadline appearing on the invoice, unless a deferred payment plan has been agreed upon. Failure to pay all fees in full by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of your place in the program and the $250.00 deposit.

All fees are payable in U.S. dollars in the form of check, money order or credit card. Checks from students outside the U.S. must be drawn in U.S. currency on a bank with a branch in the U.S.; the branch location must be indicated on the check. Checks or money orders should be made payable to “American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev or AABGU”. AABGU accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
